Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Pada Organisasi Non-Profit Menggunakan Metodologi Ward And Peppard

Abstract

Suatu organisasi non-profit saat ini masih belum menerapkan sistem informasi / teknologi informasi (SI/TI) di organisasi. Permasalahan lain dalam penerapan SI/TI di organisasi nir laba adalah menyangkut investasi SI/TI yang masih belum memberikan manfaat yang diharapkan kepada organisasi. Perencanaan strategis SI/TI dengan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard merupakan proses identifikasi portofolio aplikasi berbasis komputer yang akan mendukung organisasi dalam pelaksanaan rencana bisnis dan merealisasikan tujuan bisnisnya. Penyusunan renstra SI/TI di organisasi memberikan keselarasan antara SI/TI dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi karena portofolio solusi SI/TI disusun berdasarkan hasil kajian dan analisis terhadap aktivitas utama dan aktivitas pendukung yang diidentifikasi menggunakan value chain activity.

IS/IT strategic planning using the Ward and Peppard method is a process of identifying a computer-based application portfolio that will support the organization in implementing its business plans and realizing its business goals. The preparation of the IS/IT strategic plan in the organization provides alignment between IS/IT with the organization's vision, mission, and goals because the IS/IT solution portfolio is prepared based on the results of studies and analysis of the main activities and supporting activities identified using value chain activities.
