dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini mengevaluasi guru TIK SMK Kristen Salatiga berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Digunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner tertutup, dimana setiap indikator pertanyaan dikembangkan dari Permendikbud No.68 tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian diperoleh, setiap hasil survei dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hanya saja secara khusus peran guru TIK perlu ditingkatkan dalam pengembangan kebutuhan siswa terkait potensi diri dan kepribadian, sehingga pada masa yang akan datang kualitas pelayanan dapat menjadi lebih baik. Secara keseluruhan, Guru TIK SMK Kristen Salatiga dapat menjalankan fungsinya berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Berhasil menjadi pembimbing siswa untuk pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran maupun pengembangan bakat minat. Dapat memfasilitasi sesama guru dalam meyediakan aplikasi dan alat pembelajaran. Membantu penggunaan software dan hardware pada tenaga kependidikan dalam peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem manajemen sekolah.id
dc.description.abstractThis study evaluates IT teachers at the Christian Vocational School of Salatiga based on the 2013 Curriculum. A survey method was used with a closed questionnaire which each question in the questionnaire was developed from the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 68 of 2014. The results show that the survey can be used as a material of learning evaluation. However, the role of IT teachers needs to be improved in developing students’ needs related to their potential and personality so that in the future the quality of IT teachers’ performance can be improved. Overall, IT teachers at the Christian Vocational School of Salatiga can carry out their functions based on the 2013 Curriculum because they can become mentors for students in the use of IT in developing students’ talents and interests. IT teachers also can facilitate fellow teachers in providing applications and learning tools, and assist fellow teachers in the use of software and hardware to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the school management system.en
