Abstract: Latar Belakang: “Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus baru coronavirus yang disebut sindrom pernafasan akut yang parah coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Wabah pneumonia yang tidak diketahui etiologinya di Kota Wuhan awalnya dilaporkan ke WHO pada 31 Desember 2019.” “Menyerang sistem pernafasan dan mengakibatkan yang terserang atau tertular COVID 19 mengalami sesak nafas. Selain mempengaruhi stok fasilitas kesehatan, lonjakan yang sangat pasat pada pasien akibat pandemi sangat mempengaruhi bagaimana pengambilan kebijakan manajemen Rumah Sakit.” Pelayanan kesehatan di masa pandemi ini akan sangat berbeda dengan keadaan sebelum munculnya COVID-19.”“Proses assessment pasien COVID-19 di ruang IGD diantaranya adalah petugas skrining melakukan skrining sebelum pasien masuk ke ruang IGD, menentukan pasien apakah skrining COVID-19 positif atau negatif. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menetukan perubahan assessment selama pandemi di IGD dalam mengatasi lonjakan pasien COVID-19 (tujuan uutuk peneliti, Rumah Sakit dan Institusi UKSW).”Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan purpose sampling yang didapatkan sebanyak 30 perawat IGD RSUD Salatiga.”Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepatuhan perawat IGD RSUD Salatiga di masa covid-19 sudah memuaskan sedangkan assessment perubahan yang dilakukan IGD RSUD Salatiga selama pandemi COVID-19 dibagi menjadi 3, yaitu saat persiapan, pra-triase dan saat triase. Perubahan yang dilakukan saat persiapan, diantaranya pada struktur organisasi dan kepemimpinan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, perubahan infrastruktur dan logistik. Perubahan yang dilakukan saat pra-triase adalah adanya klinik online dan skrining pasien. Terakhir, perubahan yang dilakukan saat triase adalah terkait alur triase pasien. Saran: Bagi seluruh tenaga kesehatan Rumah Sakit terutama di IGD sangat perlu memperhatikan assessment baru yang berlaku sehingga tenaga medis tidak mudah tertular Covid-19 karena menerapkan SOP dengan baik dan benar.

In addition to affecting the stock of health facilities, the very rapid surge in patients due to the pandemic greatly affects how hospital management policies are made. Health services during this pandemic will be very different from the situation before the emergence of COVID-19.”The process of assessing COVID-19 patients in the emergency room includes screening officers who screen before entering the emergency room, determining whether the patient is positive or negative for COVID 19 screening. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the change in assessment during the pandemic in the ER in dealing with the surge in COVID-19 patients (purpose for RESEARCHERS, SWCU, Hospitals and Institutions)." Methods: The research method used in this research is correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling which was obtained as many as 30 emergency room nurses at Salatiga Hospital. Research Results: Based on the results of the study, the compliance of the ER nurses at the Salatiga General Hospital during the COVID-19 period was satisfactory, while the assessment of changes carried out by the Salatiga Hospital Emergency Room during the COVID-19 pandemic was divided into 3, namely during preparation, pre-triage and during triage. Changes made during preparation include organizational structure and leadership, human resource management, infrastructure and logistics changes. Changes made during pre-triage are online clinics and patient screening. Finally, the changes made during triage are related to the patient's triage flow. Suggestion: For all hospital health workers, especially in the ER, it is very necessary to pay attention to the new assessment that applies so that medical personnel are not easily infected with Covid-19 because they apply SOPs properly and correctly.
