Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pegawai non-medis di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki korelasi negatif stres kerja -0,164, p < 0,05. Hal ini bermakna semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja maka stres kerja yang dirasakan pegawai non-medis semakin rendah atau dapat diminimalisir. Sebagai implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, untuk meminimalisir tingkat stres kerja pegawai non-medis, para pegawai Rumah Sakit perlu secara bersama-sama menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan menyenangkan demi mendkung efektifitas kinerja yang lebih optimal, guna mewujudkan tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan bersama.The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between work environment and work stress among non-medical employees at Panti Waluyo Hospital, Surakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a negative correlation of work stress -0.164, p < 0.05. It means that the more conducive the work environment, the work stress felt by non-medical employees will be lower or can be minimized. As an implication of the results of this study, to minimize the work stress level of non-medical employees, hospital employees need to jointly create a comfortable and pleasant work environment in order to support more optimal performance effectiveness, in order to realize the organizational goals that have been manage together.
