Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kecemasan melahirkan pada ibu hamil anak pertama (primigravida). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Partisipan sebanyak 43 ibu hamil primigravida 3 bulan terakhir dari bulan Agustus sampai November 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala psikologi kecemasan dan dukungan sosial. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan teknik korelasi Pearson menunjukan hubungan negatif signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan kecemasan melahirkan pada ibu hamil anak pertama (primigravida), yang bermakna makin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga makin rendah kecemasan, dan sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh sebesar 51,1% terhadap variabel kecemasan, sedangkan 48,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya seperti kesehatan atau kondisi psikologis dan lingkungan seperti lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and anxiety during childbirth in pregnant women with their first child (primigravida). This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used in this research is correlational research. The population was 43 primigravida pregnant women for the last 3 months from August to November 2021. The data collection technique was carried out using a psychological scale of anxiety and social support. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The result of hypothesis testing with the Person correlation technique there is a significant negative relationship between family social support and anxiety about childbirth in pregnant women with their first child (primigravida). The effective contribution of social support variables has an effect of 51,1% on the anxiety variable, while 48,9% is influenced by other factors such as health or psychological and environmental conditions such as the family and communitu environment. |
