Abstract: | Latar belakang : Kesejahteraan merupakan tujuan hidup setiap individu yang dapat diukur secara subjektif (Subjective Well-Being). Evaluasi terhadap Subjective Well-Being (SWB) dapat menjadi tolak ukur individu untuk memiliki hidup yang berkualitas. Ada banyak aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif, salah satunya ialah tingkat kepuasan kerja. Tujuan : Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Subjective Well-Being: kepuasan hidup dan pengalaman emosi, pada pekerja di beberapa panti wredha di Salatiga. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif-korelatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pekerja di Panti Wredha di Salatiga yang berjumlah 36 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner Scale of Positive And Negative Experience (SPANE) & Satisfaction With Life Survey (SWLS) oleh Ed Diener (2009), serta kuesioner Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) oleh Paul E. Spector (1997). Hasil : Hasil uji analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment (∝=0,05) antara kepuasan kerja dengan SPANE dan kepuasan kerja dengan SWLS keduanya menunjukkan p-value > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Subjective Well-Being pada pekerja di Panti Wredha yang ada di Salatiga. Background : Well-being is the goal of every individual’s life that can be measured subjectively (Subjective Well-Being). Evaluation of Subjective Well-Being (SWB) can be a reference for individuals to have a better quality of life. Many aspects that can affect subjective well-being, one of which is job satisfaction. Objective : Identified the correlation between job satisfaction and Subjective Well-Being: life satisfaction and emotional experience of workers in several nursing homes in Salatiga. Method : The method used in this study is quantitative-correlative with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study was the entire workforce in several nursing homes in Salatiga. The instrument used in this study is the Scale of Positive And Negative Experience (SPANE) & Satisfaction With Life Survey (SWLS) questionnaire by Ed Diener (2009) and the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) questionnaire by Paul E. Spector (1997). Result : Based on Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis test between job satisfaction with SPANE and job satisfaction with SWLS both showed p-value > 0,05 meaning there is no significant relationship between two variables. Conclusion : There is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and the subjective well-being of workers in several nursing homes in Salatiga. |
