Abstract: Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan penting bagi setiap makhluk hidup. Dalam sebuah usaha untuk membudidayakan ikan perlu diperhatikan kualitas dari air tempat budidaya. Kualitas air yang baik dapat menunjang kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan yang dibudidaya. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mendapatkan kualitas air yang baik yaitu pH air, suhu, dan tingkat kejernihan air tempat budidaya. Dengan menggunakan filtrasi air dengan sistem Rotary Drum Filter (RDF), mempermudah proses filtrasi yang biasanya masih membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Filtrasi dilengkapi beberapa sensor untuk membantu memonitoring kualitas air seperti sensor suhu, pH, dan sensor turbidity. Arduino UNO R3 Built-in IOT WiFi ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler yang mengatur suhu dan sistemnya sehingga data suhu yang diperoleh dapat ditampilkan pada aplikasi blynk. Sistem Rotary Drum Filter(RDF) akan menjalankan proses filtrasi jika nilai kekeruhan mencapai angka 300 NTU (NepHelometric Turbidity Units). Pada saat sensor turbidity membaca nilai kekeruhan dibawah 300 NTU (NepHelometric Turbidity Units) motor berhenti menjalankan proses filtrasi.
Water is one of the important needs for every living creatures. In an effort to cultivate fish, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the water in which it is cultivated. Good water quality can support the survival and growth of the cultivated fish. The things which are necessary to be considered in order to achieve good water quality are the pH of the water, the temperature, and the clarity level of the watering which the cultivation is carried out. By using water filtration with a Rotary Drum Filter (RDF) system, it makes the filtration process easier, which usually still requires labor. The filtration is equipped with several sensors to help monitor water quality such as temperature sensors, pH sensors, and turbidity sensors. Arduino UNO R3 Built-in IOT WiFi ESP8266 as a microcontroller that regulates the temperature and the system so that the temperature data obtained can be displayed on the blynk application. The Rotary Drum Filter (RDF) system will run the filtration process if the turbidity value reaches 300 NTU (NepHelometric Turbidity Units). When the turbidity sensor reads the turbidity value below 300 NTU (NepHelometric Turbidity Units) the motor stops running the filtration process.
