pandemi COVID-19. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat
hubungan positif dan signifikan antara work-life balance dengan quality of
life.
kemudian untuk mengukur quality of life digunakan skala Flanagan Quality
r=0,281; p<0,05 antara work-life balance dengan quality of life. This research is aimed to entail extant relations between work-life balance and quality of life among employees in Central Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hypothesis of this study is that there was a positive relationship between work-life balance and quality of life. (2019) consisted 15 items with a coefficient of reliability 0,877 and Flanagan Quality of Life translated to Indonesian by the researcher herself, scales consisted 15 items with a coefficient of reliability 0,850. The data analysis being used in this study was the Spearman Rho correlation test because data on both variables were not normal and linear. Results of this study showed that there was a significant positive correlation r=0,281; p<0,05 between work-life balance and quality of life of Central Java Employees during the COVID-19 Pandemic. |
