Jenis berupa data primer dengan mengumpulkan data status gizi balita melalui pengukuran antropometri berdasarkan standar nilai Z-score Permenkes No 2 Tahun 2020 menurut indikator (BB/PB). A child's growth and development are significant because they relate to the productivity of human resources for national development. One of the problems experienced by children, especially during their growth and development period, is Acute Respiratory Infection (ISPA). Several factors that can cause ISPA are nutritional status and family factors, especially in food parenting. This study aimed to describe the feeding pattern and nutritional status of children under five with the incidence of ISPA at the Darit Health Center, Menyuke District, Landak Regency. This research was conducted due to the high incidence of ISPA, one of which is due to the lack of knowledge of mothers about parenting. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at the Darit Health Center. The population of this study was all children under five aged 24-59 months with ISPA at the Darit Health Center. Sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The type is primary data by collecting data on the nutritional status of children under five through anthropometric measurements based on the standard Z-score value of Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2020 according to indicators (BB/PB). Then the eating pattern data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out in a univariate descriptive manner by looking at the distribution and distribution of respondents. The results showed that most children under five had good nutritional status despite ISPA (75.0%), and the majority had poor eating patterns (84.4%). Infectious diseases in children if not treated immediately can cause nutritional problems and are further exacerbated by poor diet. |
