The COVID-19 that occurred in Indonesia caused more individual shopping behavior online, it made individuals tend to have impulsive buying behavior. Impulsive buying behavior arises because of a lack of self-control within the individual. This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the relationship between self control and impulsive buying of early adult women in Kudus Regency during the pandemic. The participants in this study were 111 early adult women in Kudus Regency aged 20-30 years. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. The scale used in this study is the Full Self Control Scale and the Impulsive Buying Scale, and the questionnaire was distributed online. The results of the study using the Pearson Product Moment technique showed that there was a weak correlation with the direction of a negative relationship between self-control and impulsive buying, with a value of r = -0.235 with a significance value of 0.007 (p<0.05), which means the more individuals have good or high self control, the individual's impulsive buying behaviour is lower, and vice versa. From the results of this study, it is recommended for early adult women in Kudus Regency to further increase selfcontrol in themselves, so that they are able to override, suppress, resist the urge to buy products spontaneously.
