For nurses during a pandemic, a balance between work demands and resources (job crafting) is needed to handle cases. Previously required a self-efficacy to generate motivation to master and understand related to patient care. This study aims to see the correlation between self-efficacy and job crafting in nurses in hospitals, with a quantitative approach through a correlational design. Subjects in the study amounted to 183 nurses with purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is General Self-Efficacy developed by Jerusalem and Schwarzer (1979) and job crafting scale comes from Tims, Bakker & Derks (2012) which has been adapted to Indonesian and translated by Kusuma Ningrum (2019). The results of the hypothesis test show r = 0.506 with a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05), which means that the results of the hypothesis test show a positive correlation between self-efficacy and job crafting in nurses. This means that the self-efficacy of nurses in doing their work has a correlation in the emergence of job crafting.
