The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analysis is carried out using the Pearson Correlation Moment technique. Based on the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results of the correlation test show that there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and work engagement among employees in retail companies. This shows that the higher the level of psychological capital, the higher the work engagement of employees.
