Perancangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Mobile Game Shoot Em Up Berbasis Pada Platform Android Menggunakan Script Lua

Abstract

Perkembangan dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi semakin pesat, khususnya pada perkembangan teknologi mobile. Terlebih lagi saat ini telah dikembangkan sistem operasi mobile dan open source yaitu Android. Dalam situs resmi pengembang Android mengatakan bahwa setiap hari lebih dari satu juta perangkat Android baru, diaktifkan di seluruh dunia dan berdasarkan riset Mobile Gaming Industry, 70% sampai 80% dari keseluruhan pengunduhan yang dilakukan dari perangkat mobile adalah mengunduh game. Cepatnya pertumbuhan game mobile dimotori oleh meningkatnya kepemilikan smartphone. Berdasarkan hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile game pada platform Android. Aplikasi ini akan diimplementasikan menggunakan script Lua pada software Shiva 3D dan menggunakan model prototipe untuk membangun sistem game. Genre dari game ini adalah shoot em up – vertical scrolling shooter. Game ini berjalan pada platform Android dengan versi minimum 2.1 atau versi yang lebih baru.

This application will be implemented using Lua script of Shiva 3D game development tools and using prototyping model for building the game system. Genre of this game is shoot em up – vertical scrolling shooter. This game will running on Android platform with minimum version is 2.1 or above.
