dc.description.abstract | Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) secara sepihak yang dialami oleh karyawan tentunya membutuhkan waktu dan proses untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan. Karyawan yang mengalami PHK biasanya tidak mudah untuk menerima keputusan dirinya telah di PHK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran dinamika psikologis resiliensi karyawan yang terkena PHK akibat Covid-19 di Halmahera Barat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil dua partisipan dengan karakteristik pria atau wanita yang berstatus karyawan yang terkena PHK akibat Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para partisipan dalam penelitian ini berhasil menjawab tema utama diketahui dari para partisipan yang berhasil menerapkan seluruh aspek resiliensi dalam diri dan juga dengan adanya faktor religiusitas yang memotivasi diri para partisipan. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Unilateral termination of employment experienced by employees expectedly requires time and process to ride from adversity. This study aims to provide an overview of the psychological dynamics of the resilience of employees affected by layoffs due to Covid-19 in West Halmahera. The employees who get laid off usually have a hard time with the decision given to them. In this study, the researcher took one man and one woman employee who got laid off because of covid-19. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The outcome of this study shows that the participants successfully answered the main theme of this study, which is known from their success by applying all aspects of resilience in themselves and also because of the religious factors that motivate them. | en |
