Abstract: Kirinyuh merupakan tanaman yang menjadi gulma dan sering tumbuh pada lahan pertanian yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik cair (POC). Kirinyuh mengandung unsur hara penting seperti N, P dan C-organik. Hal ini menyebabkan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk organik cair daun kirinyuh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-November 2022 di Kelurahan Kawangu, Kecamatan Pandawai, Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan diulang 4 kali. Perlakuannya yaitu P0: tanpa POC (kontrol); P1: POC 10% (100 ml POC + 900 ml air); P2: POC 20% (200 ml POC + 800 ml air); P3: POC 30% (300 ml POC + 700 ml air); P4: POC 40% (400 ml POC + 600 ml air). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POC daun kirinyuh memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis, baik terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat basah krop. Perlakuan terbaik yang direkomendasikan yaitu P2 atau POC 20%, P3 atau POC 30% dan P4 dengan POC 40%
Kirinyuh is a plant that becomes a weed and often grows on agricultural land that can be used as liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Kirinyuh contains important nutrients such as N, P, and C-organic. This causes this research to be carried out to determine the effect of the application of liquid organic fertilizer kirinyuh leaves on the growth and yield of cabbage plants. This research was conducted in July-November 2022 in Kawangu Village, Pandawai District, East Sumba Regency. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and repeated 4 times. The treatment is P0: without POC (control); P1: 10% POC (100 ml POC + 900 ml water); P2: 20% POC (200 ml POC + 800 ml water); P3: 30% POC (300 ml POC + 700 ml water); P4: 40% POC (400 ml POC + 600 ml water). The results showed that the liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of kirinyuh leaves had a significant effect on the growth and yield of cabbage plants, both on plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight of the heads. The best treatment recommended is P2 or 20% LOF, P3 or 30% LOF and P4 with 40% LOF
