Abstract: | Pemasaran cabai di desa Ngargoloka kecamatan Gladagsari kabupaten Boyolali ini melibatkan lembaga pemasaran yang panjang, sehingga petani cabai di desa Ngargoloka mendapatkan keuntungan yang rendah dengan harga yang dibayarkan oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pola saluran pemasaran, harga jual dan biaya pemasaran, menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran dan elastisitas transmisi harga cabai merah besar di desa Ngargoloka, Kecamatan Gladagsari, Kabupaten Boyolali. Pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden 40 orang. Responden lembaga pemasaran ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling mulai dari tingkat produsen sampai konsumen akhir. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan pola saluran pemasaran cabai merah besar dilakukan secara deskriptif. Analisis biaya pemasaran, efisiensi pemasaran dan elastisitas transmisi harga dihitung secara matematis menggunakan rumus yang sudah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: saluran cabai merah besar di desa Ngargoloka ada 3 pola yaitu, saluran I: petani-pedagang pengepul desa (1)-pedagang besar-pedagang pengecerkonsumen; saluran II: petani-pedagang pengepul desa (2)-pedagang besarpedagang pengecer-konsumen; saluran III: petani-pedagang besar-pedagang pegecer-konsumen. Harga jual cabai besar dari petani saluran I Rp 65.000/kg dengan biaya pemasaran sebesar Rp 3.681/kg, harga jual cabai besar dari petani saluran II Rp 65.000/kg dengan biaya pemasaran sebesar Rp 3.677/kg dan harga jual cabai besar dari petani saluran III Rp 68.000/kg dengan biaya pemasaran Rp 2.681/kg. Efisiensi pemasaran untuk saluran I dan II sebesar 4,84%, sedangkan efisiensi pemasaran untuk saluran III sebesar 3,53%. Elastisitas transmisi harga pada saluran I dan II sebesar 0,85 sedangkan elastisitas transmisi harga pada saluran III sebesar 1,12 Marketing of chili in Ngargoloka village, Gladagsari district, Boyolali district involves a long marketing agency, so that chili farmers in Ngargoloka village get low profits at the price paid by consumers. The purpose of the study was to determine the pattern of marketing channels, selling prices and marketing costs, to analyze marketing efficiency and price elasticity of transmission of large red chilies in Ngargoloka village, Gladagsari sub-district, Boyolali district. Sampling of farmers was done by simple random sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents. Marketing agency respondents were determined by snowball sampling technique starting from the producer level to the final consumer. Primary data obtained from observations and interviews. Analysis used to describe and explain the pattern of big red chili marketing channels was carried out descriptively. Analysis of marketing costs, marketing efficiency and price transmission elasticity are calculated mathematically using a predetermined formula. The results show: there are 3 large red chili channels in Ngargoloka village, namely, channel I: farmer-traders collector village (1)-big traders - retailer-consumer traders; channel II: village collectors-traders (2)-wholesalers-retailers-consumers; channel III: farmerswholesalers-traders-retailers-consumers. The selling price of large chili from channel I farmers is IDR 65,000/kg with a marketing cost of IDR 3,681/kg, the selling price of large chili from channel II farmers is IDR 65,000/kg with a marketing cost of IDR 3,677/kg and the selling price of large chili from channel III farmers Rp. 68.000/kg with marketing costs of Rp. 2.681/kg. The marketing efficiency for channel I and II is 4.84%, while the marketing efficiency for channel III is 3.53%. The elasticity of price transmission on channel I and II is 0,85 while the elasticity of price transmission on channel III is 1,12 |
