Strategi Pelayanan Ibadah Minggu di Gereja HKBP Ressort Kebun Kelapa Pascapandemi Covid-19 Kajian Eklesiologi

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari melihat persoalan yang terjadi akibat pandemi Covid-19 yang telah merubah tata kehidupan manusia terlebih gereja dalam pelayanannya. Pelayanan ibadah minggu dilakukan menggunakan media digital padahal jemaat hanya memiliki pemahaman bahwa beribadah harus dilakukan di gedung gereja. Merespon hal tersebut penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa gereja memerlukan strategi terlebih dalam pelayanan ibadah minggu pascapandemi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyikapi berbagai kondisi yang sedang dihadapi oleh gereja secara khusus di Gereja HKBP Ressort Kebun Kelapa terletak di daerah yang strategis tepatnya di perkotaan yang rentan terhadap virus Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini memberikan sebuah tawaran baru mengenai strategi pelayanan ibadah minggu kepada gereja pascapandemi Covid-19 agar gereja tetap hadir menjalankan peran dan fungsinya dalam situasi apapun.

This research is motivated by looking at the problems that occur due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has changed the order of human life, especially the church in its ministry. Sunday services are carried out using digital media even though the congregation only has an understanding that worship must be done in the church building. In response to this, this study proposes that the church needs a strategy, especially in post-pandemic Sunday services. This aim to address the various conditions is being faced by the church, especially the HKBP Resort Kebun Kelapa Church which is located in a strategic area, precisely in an urban area that is vulnerable to the Covid-19 virus. This study uses a qualitative research method that uses an observation and interview approach. This study provides a new offer related to the strategy for Sunday services to the church after the Covid-19 pandemic so that the church remains present to carry out its role and function in any situation.
