Keragaan Hasil 10 Varietas Gandum Tropika Di Desa Wates, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Budidaya Gandum Tropis perlu dipersiapkan dalam rangka kemandirian produksi Gandum nasional. Penelitian Keragaan Hasil 10 varietas Gandum Tropika dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2022 dengan tujuan mengetahui gandum tropis varietas apakah yang sesuai untuk dibudidayakan di desa Wates, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Varieta s yang dicoba dibudidayakan adalah Varietas Dewata, Ganesha, Guri 1, Guri 2, Guri 4, Guri 5, Guri 6, Guri 7, Guri 8, dan Selayar. Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan ulangan 3 kali. Data di analisis dengan aplikasi SPSS dan Perbandingan antar rerata perlakuan diuji dengan metode Duncan 5%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keragaan Hasil Biji per hektar kurang mampu mendekati hasil sesuai deskripsi, karena factor terjadinya hujan ketika musim atau fase gandum sedang berbunga. Namun demikian diperoleh hasil bahwa varietas yang sesuai untuk dibudidaya di area penelitian dan sekitarnya adalah varietas Selayar, Guri 8, dan Dewata, karena memiliki keragaan hasil yang lebih baik daripada 7 varietas lainnya.

Tropical Wheat Cultivation needs to be prepared in the framework of national Wheat production independence. The Yield Performance Research of 10 Tropical Wheat varieties was conducted from April to July 2022 with the aim of knowing which varieties of tropical wheat are suitable for cultivation in Wates village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. The varieties tried to be cultivated were Dewata, Ganesha, Guri 1, Guri 2, Guri 4, Guri 5, Guri 6, Guri 7, Guri 8, and Selayar varieties. Randomized Block Design with 3 repetitions. The data were analyzed using the SPSS application and comparisons between treatment means were tested using the 5% Duncan method. The research results showed that the yield performance of seeds per hectare was less able to approach the results according to the description, due to the factor of the occurrence of rain when the season or phase of wheat was flowering. However, the results showed that the varieties suitable for cultivation in the study area and its surroundings were the Selayar, Guri 8, and Dewata varieties, because they had better yield performance than the other 7 varieties
