Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri atas karyawan perusahaan kawasan industri di daerah Cakung, Jakarta Timur yang pernah melaksanakan Work From Home (WFH) dan di masa peralihan dari pandemi menuju endemi covid-19 ini kembali melaksanakan Work From Office (WFO). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 sampel yang ditentukan melalui 10 kali dari jumlah parameter atau dimensi yang ada pada operasional variabel, dimana terdapat 11 dimensi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yakni lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kompensasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work stress and compensation on employee performance in the company. The population in this study consisted of employees of industrial estate companies in the Cakung area, East Jakarta who had carried out Work From Home (WFH) and during the transition from the pandemic to the COVID-19 endemic, again carried out Work From Office (WFO). The sample used in this study was 110 samples which were determined through 10 times the number of parameters or dimensions in the operational variables, there are 11 dimensions in this study.This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the three independent variables are work environment, work stress and compensation both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.
