Abstract: Weather in the 2010/2011 is the extreme conditions. Proved the occurrence of irregularities during the dry season and marked warming of sea surface temperatures in almost all parts of Indonesia. With the weather in Indonesia that affected the wind had been predicted by the researchers would have a cycle, and a shift toward more extreme weather conditions, as the people who live in Indonesia, the willingness to observe and care about the survival of humanity is threatened by natural disasters due to changes in weather, and climate that can be caused by wind, and tend toward the extreme circumstances in which can bring someone into the dangerous situation. Infrared monitoring of wind with an anemometer useful to get accurate results. The new innovation in the way of the portable wind monitoring.
