Abstract: | Evaluasi implementasi ALAM Univesitas Kristen Satya Wacana sangat penting untuk mengetahui keberhasilan implementasinya dan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunanya. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna mesin ALAM dengan menggunakan empat faktor yaitu faktor manusia, faktor Organisasi, faktor teknologi dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 379 responden yang diambil dari 3 Fakultas yang memiliki jumlah mahasiswa terbanyak di UKSW. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Regresi dan Anova dalam pengujian Hipotesisnya dengan menggunkan software statistik. Hasil pengujian ini menggunakan α = 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa faktor Manusia, Organisasi dan Teknologi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna ALAM. Mahasiswa sebagai pengguna merasa puas terhadap ALAM. Kesimpulannya adalah Implementasi ALAM berhasil. Implementation evaluation of ALAM in Satya Wacana Christian University is very important in order to understand its successfulness and positive impact on user. This research measured user satisfaction on ALAM by using three factors which were Human, Organization, and Technology. This research conducted a survey method on 379 respondents of the three faculties which have the biggest number of students in the university. Data was collected by spreading questionnaires in Likert scale. Collected data was analyzed by Regression Analysis and Anova for hypothesis testing which has employed software of statistics. The result test using α = 0.05 indicated that factors of Human, Organization and Technology have a direct impact on User Satisfaction on ALAM. Students as user were satisfied on ALAM. It concluded that implementation of ALAM is successful. |
