Abstract: Pada akhir tahun 2019 dan awal tahun 2020 terjadi pandemi global yaitu wabah Covid-19 yang berasal dari China, dan untuk mencegah penyebarannya, Negara China melakukan pembatasan pada kegiatan ekspor dan impor ini termasuk ke Indonesia. Fasilitas kepabeanan merupakan suatu sarana yang di fasilitasi oleh pemerintah untuk mengurus kepentingan aktivitas ekspor dan impor yang berkontribusi dengan menyumbang keuntungan bagi ekonomi negara. Jika pemerintah meningkatkan pengeluaran maka jumlah uang yang beredar di masyarakat akan meningkat yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas belanja dan dapat memberikan peningkatan pada permintaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengkajian studi kasus dengan mengambil pendekatan kualitatif. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan teori keynesian untuk melakukan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah terhadap aktivitas jasa di Indonesia khususnya kegiatan pekenomian ekspor dan impor pada perusahaan di sektor jasa di Indonesia. Secara umum kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah telah merujuk kepada literasi maupun referensi yang saat ini ada. Kombinasi antara kondisi pandemi yang relatif terkendali, tren pemulihan ekonomi global yang terus berlanjut, dan stimulus fiskal mendorong akselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi selama Triwulan 4 tahun 2021. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam menangani permasalah pada sektor ekspor dan impor jasa di Indonesia yang membuat kebijakan stimulus non fiskal.
At the end of 2019 and early 2020 there was a global pandemic, namely the Covid-19 outbreak that originated in China, and to prevent its spread, the Chinese State placed restrictions on export and import activities, including to Indonesia. Customs facilities, namely facilities provided by the government relating to export and import activities that will provide benefits to the country's economy. If the government increases spending, the amount of money circulating in society will increase which in turn will encourage people to spend and increase their demand so that overall demand will increase. This study uses a case study study by taking a qualitative approach. Besides that, the author also uses Keynesian theory to further understand the influence of government policies on service activities in Indonesia, especially export and import economic activities in companies in the service sector in Indonesia. This study uses a case study study by taking a qualitative approach. In general, some of the policies that have been made refer to existing theories and literacy. The combination of relatively controlled pandemic conditions, the continuing trend of global economic recovery, and fiscal stimulus has driven acceleration of economic growth during the 4th Quarter of 2021. The government's policy in dealing with problems in the export and import services sector in Indonesia has created a non-fiscal stimulus policy. This study uses a case study study by taking a qualitative approach. In general, some of the policies that have been made refer to existing theories and literacy.
