Kelayakan Ekonomi Usahatani Cabai Rawit Di Kelurahan Randuacir Kecamatan Argomulyo Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Budidaya cabai rawit merupakan aktivitas yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi usaha. Dengan adanya dukungan kondisi geografis yang strategis dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap harga pupuk maka membuat cabai rawit menjadi komoditi yang diusahakan oleh petani, penggunaan pupuk, dan bibit di lokasi penelitian jika dibandingkan dengan standar ideal secara umum sudah termasuk dalam standar ideal, sehingga kajian tentang pendapatan usahatani cabai rawit dan kelayakan ekonomi menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya usahatani, penerimaan, dan pendapatan, serta kelayakan ekonomi usahatani cabai rawit di Kelurahan Randuacir. Jenis data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian adalah menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel sensus dengan sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan dan pendapatan, serta kelayakan usaha R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, dan BEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Biaya Total sebesar Rp 30.775.576,- .-/ha/musim tanam, terdiri dari Biaya Tetap sebesar Rp 2.607.898,- .-/ha/musim tanam, dan Biaya Variabel sebesar Rp 28.167.678,- .-/ha/musim tanam. Penerimaan sebesar Rp 100.287.036,- ha/musim tanam dan Pendapatan sebesar Rp 69.511.460.-/ha/musim tanam. Kelayakan ekonomi usahatani berdasarkan R/C Ratio sebesar 3,29, B/C Ratio sebesar 2,29, sedangkan BEP Produksi sebesar 754,85 kg/ha, dan nilai BEP Harga sebesar Rp 12.520,-/kg.

Cayenne pepper cultivation is an activity that can be developed into a business. With the support of strategic geographical conditions and government support for fertilizer prices, making cayenne pepper a commodity cultivated by farmers, the use of fertilizers, and seeds at the research site when compared to the ideal standard in general is included in the ideal standard, so that the study of cayenne pepper farming income and economic feasibility is important to do. This study aims to analyze the cost of farming, revenue, and income, as well as the economic feasibility of cayenne pepper farming in Randuacir Village. This type of data uses primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques that use observation, interview, and documentation methods. This type of research is to use quantitative descriptive. The sample determination technique uses a census sample technique with a sample collected of 20 respondents. Data analysis techniques include cost analysis, revenue and revenue analysis, and business feasibility R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, and BEP. The results showed that the Total Cost was IDR 30.775.576.-/ha/growing season, consisting of Fixed Costs of IDR 2,607,898.-/ha/growing season, and Variable Costs of Rp.28.167.677.-/ha/growing season Revenue of IDR 100,287,036.-/ha/growing season and revenue of IDR 69,511,460.-/ha/growing season. The economic feasibility of farming is based on the R/C Ratio of 3,29, the B/C Ratio of 2,29, while the Production BEP is 754,85 kg, and the BEP Price value is IDR 12.520,-/kg.
