Local government organizations (OPD) are government organizations that provide all services to the community, that organization is the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). December 2020, the government made an activity policy due to the Covid-19 pandemic by doing work from home. BKPSDM with high work activities, requires employees who must always be there to serve, so they have to renew a different work system. That way, employees are under pressure, starting from the many schedules of online activities that should be carried out onsite, receiving lots of complaint reports, plus obligations outside of work which further depresses employee rest time. In this way, researchers are interested in knowing the resilience capabilities of employees in dealing with burnout. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The participants in this study consisted of 3 BKPSDM employees in the field of Development and Education and Training. The three subjects can be said to have burnout levels that tend to be low. This can be seen from the scoring of the Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI – 9 scale as well as the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers. Working conditions in the BKPSDM office which tend to be crowded do not indicate a high level of burnout. Good cooperation and communication links tend to help employees in dealing with these responsibilities. The resilience shown by the three subjects has a fairly stable level and does not differ significantly from one subject to another. |
