Pengaruh Stres Kerja & Kompensasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Driver Grabbike Malang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada Driver GrabBike Malang dengan menggunakan 100 driver sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai Sig. 0,022 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Stress, and compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. The object of study was conducted in driver GrabBike Malang, by using 100 driver as respondents. Data collected through the distribution of the questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis were processed using SPSS software. The results of the analysis is job stress negative effect on organizational citizenship behaviour with Sig value 0.000 <0.05, compensation positive affects on organizational citizenship behavior with Sig value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that that the entire hypothesis is accepted.
