Abstract: | Evaluasi memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan program Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah. Evaluasi program Bimbingan dan Konseling memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian pelaksanaan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling serta Untuk mengetahui ketercapaian program sesuai dengan jabaran program/butir-butir kegiatan yang telah disusun dalam program Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi program BK di sekolah pada saat ini; 2) Mendeskripsikan kelemahan pelaksanaan evaluasi program BK yang dilakukan oleh guru BK di sekolah saat ini; c) Mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan model evaluasi program Bimbingan dan Konseling berbasis three dimensional cube. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan Pengembangan (RnD). Uji coba skala kecil pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada Guru BK di Kabupaten Semarang dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Angket, Studi dokumentasi serta Wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Produk dari penelitian ini adalah model evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling berbasis three dimensional cube yang terdiri dari: buku model, aplikasi evaluasi program BK dan buku petunjuk penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil uji coba terbatas dinyatakan bahwa model evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan Evaluation has an important role in implementing the Guidance and Counseling program in schools. The evaluation of the Guidance and Counseling program has the objective of knowing the achievement of the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services and to determine the achievement of the program in accordance with the description of the program/items of service activities that have been compiled in the Guidance and Counseling program. This study aims to: 1) Describe the current implementation of the evaluation of the counseling program in schools; 2) Describe the weaknesses of the guidance and counseling program evaluation carried out by school counselors in schools; c) Develop and describe a guidance and counseling program evaluation model based on three-dimensional cube. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The limited trial in this study was conducted on school counselors in Semarang Regency with 5 research subjects. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation studies and interviews. Data analysis used is Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis. This research product of Three Dimensional Cube-Based Guidance And Counseling Program Evaluation Model that consists of: book model, an application of guidance and counseling program evaluation, and the application guidelines book. The results of limited trial stated that the guidance and counseling program evaluation model was proven to be able to improve service quality. |
