Abstract: | With the JPS (Social Safety Network) Social Assistance Program the Impact of Covid-19, it is hoped that the role of the government will be realized which is right on target in ensuring people's welfare. The process of the role of the Social Services can of course be broken down and described in 3 (three) role components. Anslis theory uses Weber's theory with its ideal types to explain the meaning of action in the four basic types of action. the research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method, with a qualitative descriptive research type. As for the process of collecting data with researchers using participatory observation, involved in daily activities and interviews. This research shows that the role of the Social Service is a form of meaningful and motivated action that goes through several processes to be carried out in society. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has brought back the importance of mutual cooperation in social life relations. |
