Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan spiritual secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SD di UPTD pendidikan daerah Kecamatan Mori Atas Kabupaten Morowali. Populasi adalah guru SD di UPTD Kecamatan Mori Atas yang berstatus sebagai PNS sebanyak 118 guru dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner /skala sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Skala motivasi kerja dikembangkan dari Oudejans (2007), dan skala kecerdasan spiritual dikembangkan dari King (2008). Kinerja guru diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian kinerja dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap diri sendiri (self appraisal). Penilaian kinerja menggunakan alat ukur dari Seivers (2007) yaitu Teacher Performance Assessment Guide. Dalam penelitian ini,seleksi aitem dicari melalui diskriminasi daya beda aitem (corrected item-total correlation) dan reliabilitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan tehnik cronbach alpha. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi berganda ditemukan koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,379 dan nilai F= 35,073 (p=0,000; p<0,05).Artinya bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di UPTD Pendidikan Daerah Kecamatan Mori Atas Kabupaten Morowali.37,9 % variasi dari kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan spiritual, sementara sisanya (62,1%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan spiritual maka kinerja guru yang dihasilkan akan lebih tinggi.
The aim of this research is to study the influence of work motivation and spiritual quotient simultaneously against the performance of elementary school teachers in the area of education UPTD Mori Top subdistrict, Morowali regency. The population is elementary school teachers in the area UPTD Mori Top subdistrict status as PNS as many as 118 teacher by using saturated samples. This research using a questionnaire / scale as a means of collecting data main. The scale of motivation work developed from Odejans ( 2007 ), and the scale of wit spiritual developed from the King ( 2008 ). The performance of the teacher measured by using the instruments assessment of performance providing self assessment (self-appraisal). Judgment the performance of the use of a measuring instrument from Seivers (2007) the Teacher Performance Assessment Guide.In this research, selection aitem sought by discrimination resources different aitem ( corrected item-total correlation ) and reliability of the instrument was measured using Cronbach alpha technique. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis found the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.379 and the value of F = 35.073 (p = 0.000, p <0.05). It means that work motivation and spiritual intelligence simultaneous have positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in area UPTD Mori Top Subdistrict,Morowali regency. 37.9 % of its variations of performance can be explained by variable teacher motivation to work and spiritual intelligence the remaining ( 62,1 % ) described by another variable that is not examined.This research shows that the higher work motivation and spiritual intelligence produced the performance of the teachers will be higher.
