Abstract: | This study aims to examine the impact of changes in work mobility as a result of COVID-19 on company performance and to test the moderating effect of managerial history. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique was used to test the moderation hypothesis on the relationship between changes in mobility and company performance. A quantitative approach was also used to collect data on changes in work mobility, company performance, and managerial ability. The results of the study show that company performance is not affected by changes in mobility because other factors were more significant during the pandemic. Additionally, the study found that the history of managerial ability does not affect the relationship between changes in mobility and company performance. These findings suggest that company management needs to consider other more relevant factors in making decisions related to WFH policies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak perubahan mobilitas kerja akibat dari COVID-19 terhadap kinerja perusahan serta menguji efek moderasi histori kecakapan manajerial. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan teknik analisis uji Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menguji hipotesis moderasi pada hubungan antara perubahan mobilitas dan kinerja perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif juga digunakan untukmengumpulkan data terkait perubahan mobilitas kerja, kinerja perusahaan, dan kecakapan manajerial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan tidak dipengaruhi oleh perubahan mobilitas dikarenakan ada faktor-faktor lain yang lebih signifikan selama pandemi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 memiliki dampak yang sangat luas pada kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa histori kecakapan manajerial tidak berpengaruh pada hubungan antara perubahan mobilitas dan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa manajerial perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang lebih relevan dalam mengambil keputusan terkait kebijakan WFH. |
