Penentuan Life Table Penduduk Wanita Kota Salatiga Dengan Pemulusan Coale-Demeny

Abstract

Net Reproduction Rate (NRR) merupakan salah satu ukuran dasar fertilitas yang muncul dalam Grand Design Pembangunan Kependudukan (GDPK) Kota Salatiga. Untuk memperoleh nilai NRR diperlukan rasio bayi wanita yang masih hidup sampai usia ibunya yang dapat dilihat dari Life Table penduduk wanita. Sementara Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Pelindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3APPKB) belum dapat merealisasikannya dan Kota Salatiga juga belum memilikinya. Terkait hal itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan Life Table penduduk wanita Kota Salatiga dengan pemulusan menggunakan Life Table Coale-Demeny model timur, selatan, barat, dan utara. Hasil dari keempat model tersebut kemudian dilakukan uji keakuratan menggunakan lima metode dengan membandingkan nilai rasio bertahan hidup kohor yang kurang dari satu dengan pendugaan rasio bertahan hidup dari keempat model yang saling berkorespondensi sehingga mendapatkan model pendugaan terbaik. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah penduduk wanita di Kota Salatiga berdasarkan kelompok umur pada tahun 2016 dan 2021 hasil sensus penduduk yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Salatiga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Life Table Coale-Demeny model barat merupakan model terbaik untuk menentukan Life Table penduduk wanita Kota Salatiga, karena memiliki penyimpangan/nilai error terkecil, yaitu dengan metode Mean Square Error sebesar 0,00082; Root Mean Square Error sebesar 0,02863; Mean Absolute Error sebesar 0,02499; Mean Percentage Absolute Error sebesar 2,84155; dan MAX sebesar 0,04372.

The Net Reproduction Rate (NRR) is one of the basic data for calculating fertility needed in the Grand Design Pembangunan Kependudukan (GDPK) of Salatiga City.To obtain the NRR value, the ratio of female babies who are still alive to the age of their mothers is needed which can be seen from the Life Table of the female population. The City of Salatiga does not have this Life Table, whereas Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Pelindungan Anak, dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3APPKB) has not been able to realize. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to Life Table determine of woman population of Salatiga City by smoothing using the East, South, West, and North Coale-Demeny Life Table models. The results of the four models were then tested for accuracy using five methods by comparing the cohort survival ratio values that were less than one with the survival ratio estimates from the four models that corresponded to each other in order to get the best estimation model. The data used is data on the number of female residents in the City of Salatiga by age group in 2016 and 2021 as a result of the population census obtained from Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Salatiga. Based on the research results obtained, the western model Coale-Demeny Life Table is the best model for determining the Life Table of female residents in Salatiga City because it has the smallest deviation/error value, namely the Mean Square Error method of 0.00082; Root Mean Square Error of 0.02863; Mean Absolute Error of 0.02499; Mean Percentage Absolute Error of 2.84155; and MAX of 0.04372.
