Abstract: | Efikasi diri yang merupakan salah satu aspek dalam motivasi siswa yang memiliki signifikansi terhadap kinerja akademik. Saat pandemi dan pasca pandemi, siswa mengalami dua moda pembelajaran, daring dan luring. Bagaimana efikasi diri siswa dalam kedua moda pembelajaran tersebut perlu diketahui lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana efikasi diri siswa baik dalam pembelajaran daring dan luring dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Simulasi Digital. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 180 siswa kelas 11 di SMKN 3 Salatiga untuk mengetahui preferensi moda pembelajaran berdasarkan efikasi diri yang mereka miliki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan self efficacy siswa lebih tinggi pada pembelajaran offline/luring dalam hal menghadapi materi pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sulit untuk dipelajari, keyakinan siswa terhadap tugas keterampilan, keyakinan siswa terhadap pemahaman materi, keyakinan keterampilan, keyakinan terhadap nilai materi teori dan nilai praktek, pengalaman siswa dalam mempelajari materi teori, dan terkait pengalaman keberhasilan saat mempelajari berbagai materi keterampilan. Akan tetapi moda pembelajaran online/daring menjadi pilihan sebagian besar siswa dalam hal mengerjakan penilaian kognitif yang sulit. Self-efficacy is one aspect of student motivation that has significance for academic performance. During the pandemic and post-pandemic, students experienced two modes of learning, online and offline. How students' self-efficacy in the two learning modes needs to be known further. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to describe how students' self-efficacy in both online and offline learning takes part in Digital Simulation learning. Questionnaires were distributed to 180 grade 11 students at SMKN 3 Salatiga to find out their preferences for learning modes based on their self-efficacy. The results showed that students' self-efficacy was higher in offline learning in terms of dealing with difficult knowledge and skills to learn, students' beliefs in skill assignments, students' beliefs in material understanding, skills beliefs, beliefs in theoretical material values and practical values, experience students in studying theoretical material, and related to the experience of success when studying various skill materials. However, the online/online learning mode is the choice of most students when it comes to working on difficult cognitive assessments. |
