Translation Procedure Most Dominant Used In The Description Object of the Borobudur Museum (Karmawibhangga) At Borobudur Temple Tourism Park Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. (Supervisor: Erio Fanggidae) This study aims to find the most dominant translation procedure for object descriptions used by the Borobudur Museum (Karmawibhangga) and the quality of translation for object descriptions at the Borobudur Museum (Karmawibhangga). The analytical method used is quantitative, the supporting tool used is to use the concept of quality translation belonging to Magnatur Nababan in evaluating texts. The results show that there are 16 procedures in the text description at the Karmawibhangga Museum, namely Transference 48, Naturalization 8, Componetial Analysis 0, Cultural Equivalent 5, Couplets 130, Shifts or Transposition 74, Functional equivalent 9, Descriptive equivalent 29, Synonym 5, Through-translation 12, Modulation 2, Recognized translation 6, Compensation 18, Reduction and expansion 36, Paraphrase 5,and Notes, additions, and glosses 3. Meanwhile, for the results of translation quality, results with aspect of accuracy 2,49, asect of acceptence 2,37, Level of Readability with 2,3. That found average of aspect quality assemeent is 2,44, it means that translation of object description still less accurate, no to accepted, and in medium level of readability.
