Perancangan dan Implementasi Ekstensi pada Web Browser untuk Pencarian Harga Laptop

Abstract

Ekstensi pada Google Chrome merupakan fitur tambahan yang memudahkan user untuk menggunakan browser tersebut. Karena dengan menggunakan ekstensi, browsing jauh lebih mudah, efektif, menyenangkan, dan nyaman. Ekstensi memungkinkan untuk melakukan tugas-tugas tanpa mengharuskan beralih ke aplikasi lain, mampu melakukan tugas tertentu tanpa meninggalkan halaman web dapat menghemat banyak waktu. Oleh karena itu, pada sistem ini ekstensi pada Google Chrome akan dimanfaatkan untuk membuat ekstensi pencarian harga laptop. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membuat ekstensi dengan menggunakan JSON, Javascript, serta HTML. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan user untuk menghemat waktu dalam pencarian harga laptop, karena harga laptop yang ditampilkan berasal dari beberapa web sekaligus.

Google Chrome's extension is an additional feature which can ease the user to use that browser. By using that enxtension, make it easier to browse something, more effective, fun, and pleasureable. Extension may be possible to do some task without requiring to move to an another aplication, by doing this, it can saving user's time. Therefore, on this Google Chrome's extension system will be utilized to make an extension to searching laptop's pricelist. On this research, the extension will be applied by the used of JSON, JavaScript, and HTML. As a result, by using this application hopefully the user can search the laptop's pricelist easier and faster, because the laptop's pricelist was taking from a several web page at a time.
