Produksi Film Dokumenter Gastronomi "Rasa Legendaris Salatiga Tumpang Koyor"

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor utama dalam pariwisata di Indonesia. Dunia pariwista saat ini memiliki tren baru yaitu wisata kuliner. Dalam wisata kuliner bukan hanya mencicipi makanan saja namun kita juga dapat belajar mengenai sejarah dan filosofi suatu makanan tersebut dengan istilah Gastronomic Tourism (Wisata Gastronomi). Kota Salatiga saat ini sedang mengembangkan wisata kulinernya. Bukan hanya soal makanan saja namun juga menggali mengenai sejarah dan filosofinya, Kota Salatiga memiliki makanan khas yang memiliki sejarah yaitu Tumpang Koyor. Oleh sebab itu, penulis merancang sebuah video dokumenter untuk memperkenalkan wisata kuliner gastronomi Tumpang Koyor. Film dokumenter ini dikemas sangat informatif sehingga masyarakat yang menonton video Rasa Legendaris Salatiga Tumpang Koyor mendapatkan informasi mengenai Tumpang Koyor.
