Abstract: | Perusahaan di Indonesia memberlakukan sistem flexible working space (FWS) untuk karyawannya pasca pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja pada karyawan FWS pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, terdapat 119 responden yang memenuhi kriteria sampel untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket yang diambil dari skala Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) dan skala persepsi lingkungan kerja. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya nilai korelasi sebesar r = 0,141 dengan p = 0,062 (p > 0,05). Yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang tidak signifikan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja pada karyawan FWS pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Companies in Indonesia implemented a flexible working space (FWS) system for their employees after the pandemic of COVID-19. This study aims to determine the correlation between perceptions of the work environment and work motivation of FWS employees after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Using Purposive Sampling technique, there were 119 respondents who met the sample criteria for this study. The research was carried out using a quantitative method using a questionnaire taken from the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) scale and the work environment perception scale. The results of data analysis in this study found a correlation value of r = 0.141 with p = 0.062 (p >0.05). Which means that there is a non-significant positive correlation between perceptions of the work environment and work motivation of employees FWS employees after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. |
