Becoming a student at a tertiary institution requires each individual to have sensitivity in order to be able to adapt to the academic and non-academic fields and be able to recognize the definition of lectures independently. The presence of several universities, including in Indonesia, creates a sense of acceptance, especially for individuals with limitations in carrying out activities, especially lecture activities. However, it is undeniable that disabled students experience difficulties and obstacles as well as dynamic processes that differ from non-disabled students. Obstacles and obstacles experienced by students with disabilities can affect a decrease in learning motivation and the emergence of learning fatigue, both caused by the lack of equal distribution of facilities to support facilities for students with disabilities and the demands of responsibilities and roles that students with disabilities must fulfill. Therefore, this research aims to find out the picture of academic well-being in students with disabilities in inclusive tertiary institutions. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out by researchers using semi-structured interview techniques, which were conducted on 3 participants using snowball sampling technic. The results of the study found that the uneven distribution of facilities in tertiary institutions is one of the reasons students with disabilities still experience obstacles in attending lectures. However, this did not become a barrier for the three participants to continue studying at university because each individual had positive academic well-being and social support from the surrounding environment.
