Abstract: | Salah satu masalah klasik bagi UMKM adalah terbatasnya akses modal keperbankan sehingga para pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk mencari strategi pendanaan alternatif agar usahanya tetap beroperasi. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah melalui financial bootstrapping. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial bootstrapping terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan literasi keuangan sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Salatiga dengan sampel sebanyak 38 responden. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM di Kota Salatiga. Jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Data yang dikumpulkan diproses menggunakan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Pelajaran ini menemukan bahwa financial bootstrapping memiliki efek negatif signifikan pada kinerja UMKM. Namun ketika financial bootstrapping ditunjang dengan literasi keuangan yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usahanya, maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja usahanya. One of the classic problems for SMEs is the limited access to capital for sacrifice so that SMEs are required to look for alternative funding strategies so that their businesses continue to operate. One such effort is through financial bootstrapping. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach that aims to determine the effect of financial bootstrapping on SME performance with financial literacy as moderation. The study was conducted in Salatiga City with a sample of 38 respondents. The subjects in this study are the owners of SMEs. This type of sampling uses purposive sampling and data collection is done through distributing questionnaires online. Data collected is processed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. This study founds that financial bootstrapping has a significant negative effect on SME performance. However, when financial bootstrapping supported by financial literacy owned by its business actors, it will have an impact on improving the performance of its business. |
