Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui variabel kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan apakah pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 95 orang yang merupakan karyawan pada PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Kemampuan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (ii) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (iii) Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan Kemampuan dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study examines the factors that will affect employee performance through the variables of ability and work experience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether ability has an influence on employee performance and whether work experience has an influence on employee performance at PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset. The type of research that will be used is explanatory research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 95 people who are employees of PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus. The results showed that (i) ability has no positive effect on employee performance; (ii) work experience has a positive effect on employee performance; (iii) Simultaneous test results show Ability and Work Experience have an effect on employee performance.
