Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di Warung Joglo Bu Rini, (2) pengaruh komitmen organisasi karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di Warung Joglo Bu Rini, (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di Warung Joglo Bu Rini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Warung Joglo Bu Rini sebanyak 42 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai β 0,491 dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05); (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai β 0,454 dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05); (3) kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai kontribusi sebesar 36,63%.
This research aims to know: (1) The influence of employee satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Warung Joglo Bu Rini, (2) Influence of employees ' organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Warung Joglo Bu Rini, (3) Influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Warung Joglo Bu Rini. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The subject of this study was employees at Warung Joglo Bu Rini as many as 42 employees. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews while data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression analyzers. The results of the study at a rate of significance of 5% showed that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), it is evidenced by the value of β 0.491 and significance value (0.000 < 0.05); (2) The commitment of the Organization has a positive effect on the organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), it is evidenced by the value of β 0.454 and significance value (0.000 < 0.05); (3) Work satisfaction and organizational commitments positively influence simultaneously on the organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), it is demonstrated from the contribution value of 36.63%.
