Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel electronic word of mouth (eWOM), kualitas website dan promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli konsumen dalam pembelian produk fashion di Tokopedia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Kriteria dalam pengambilan sampel adalah laki-laki maupun perempuan yang pernah mengakses aplikasi Tokopedia dan belum pernah melakukan transaksi atau pembelian sebelumnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel (1) electronic word of mouth (eWOM), (2) kualitas website, dan (3) promosi penjualan berpengaruh simultan terhadap minat beli produk fashion di Tokopedia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) variables, website quality and sales promotions on consumer buying interest in purchasing fashion products at Tokopedia. The number ofsamples used was 100 respondents. The criteria for sampling are men and women who have accessed the Tokopedia application and have never made a transaction or purchase before. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the study note that the variables (1) electronic word of mouth (eWOM), (2) website quality, and (3) sales promotion have a simultaneous effect on buying interest in fashion products in Tokopedia. |
