Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kompetensi Tenaga Penjual terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang Produk Buket Bunga Segar di Daniel Gift Planner

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kompetensi tenaga penjual terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk buket bunga segar di Daniel Gift Planner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 101 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan non probability sampling yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (i) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, (ii) harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, (iii) kompetensi tenaga penjual tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang.

The aims of this research is to determine the effect of product quality, price and sales force competency on repurchase decision the product of a fresh flower bouquet in Daniel Gift Planer. This research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques. The sample consists of 101 respondents using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Using Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS), this research found that: (i) the quality of the product positively affected the repurchase decision. (ii) price has a positive effect on repurchase decisions. (iii) the sales force competency does not affect the repurchase decision
