Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh peranan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan organizational citizenship behavior bagi peningkatan kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode pengujian parsial dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 dengan partisipan yang berasal dari PT. XYZ yang bergerak di bidang perbankan di Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (ii) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (iii) lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (iv) lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of work environment on work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior for improving employee performance by using partial testing and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) methods. The research used a sample of 75 with participants from PT. XYZ that engaged in the banking industries in Semarang. The result of the research showed that: (i) motivation has an effect on increasing employee performance; (ii) organizational citizenship behavior has an effect on improving employee performance; (iii) work environment moderate the influence of motivation on employee performance improvement; (iv) work environment moderate the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance improvement.
