Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh peranan motivasi terhadap upskilling dan disiplin kerja bagi peningkatan kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengujian dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 53 partisipan yang berasal dari PT Apac Inti Corpora. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) upskilling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (ii) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (iii) motivasi memoderasi pengaruh antara upskilling terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (iv) motivasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of motivation on upskilling and the discipline of work for increased employee performance by using several methods of testing and mra (moderated regression analysis). The research used a sample of 53 with participants from PT Apac Inti Corpora. The result of the research : (i) upskilling affected the improvement of employee performance; (ii) job discipline is affected by the increased performance of employees; (iii) motivation moderates the influence between upskilling toward improving employee performance; (iv) motivation doesn’t moderates the influence between job discipline on the increased performance of employees.
