Abstract: Indonesia as an archipelagic country has a diversity of ethnic groups and each ethnic group has various traditions and uniqueness. Problems often arise regarding intolerance and discrimination between religions and cultures because of the differences between the two. However, Indonesian ethnic groups, especially Javanese, show love and respect for nature through culture and religion. The creative work entitled ''Sajen'' is inspired by the fact of the ''wiwitan'' tradition which provides a way that religion and culture can become a harmonious whole. Related to the idea of '' harmonization between religion and culture in the wiwitan tradition '', this story applies acculturation as a theoretical basis that combines these two things and influences one another. Therefore ''Sajen'' aims to make everyone aware that religion and culture have a meeting point and the two can combine in perfect harmony and live in mutual tolerance.
