Abstract: | Sarapan merupakan salah satu perilaku dalam upaya mewujudkan pemenuhan gizi seimbang. Hardiansyah dalam Pekan Sarapan Nasional (PESAN) mengatakan sarapan merupakan kegiatan makan dan minum yang dilakukan sebelum jam 9 pagi untuk memenuhi 15-30% kebutuhan gizi harian sebagai bagian gizi seimbang dalam rangka mewujudkan hidup sehat, bugar, aktif dan cerdas. Prevalensi sarapan pada anak dan remaja dalam PESAN sebesar 16,9-59% dan pada dewasa sebesar 31,2%. Sebesar 4,6% anak sekolah sarapan dengan kualitas rendah. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian adalah Quasi Eksperimental. Lokasi penelitian adalah di SD Kristen 1 Karmel, Ngaduman, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SD Kristen 1 Karmel kelas 4 sampai 6. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui pengisian kuesioner. Analisa statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Analisa data dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi edukasi sarapan sehat terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap sarapan siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan uji T dependen atau uji paired sample T-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sarapan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi -14.818 dan nilai p value sebesar 0.000 (p value < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi sarapan sehat dengan metode “fun education” efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada siswa SD. Sikap tidak ada perbedaan nyata sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dilakukan meskipun terjadi peningkatan sikap pada beberapa subjek. Breakfast is one of the behaviors in an effort to realize the fulfillment of balanced nutrition. Hardiansyah in the National Breakfast Week (PESAN) said that breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking before 9 a.m. to meet 15-30% of daily nutritional needs as part of balanced nutrition in order to live a healthy, fit, active and intelligent life. The prevalence of breakfast in children and adolescents in MESSAGE is 16.9-59% and in adults is 31.2%. 4.6% of school children have low quality breakfast. In this study, researchers used quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental research design. The research location is SD Kristen 1 Karmel, Ngaduman, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. The population in this study were all students of SD Kristen 1 Karmel grades 4 to 6. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. The type of data collected in this study is primary data through filling out questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using the Paired Sample T-Test. Data analysis was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the healthy breakfast educational intervention on elementary school students' breakfast knowledge and attitudes by using the dependent T test or paired sample T-test. The results showed that the average level of knowledge about breakfast before and after the intervention was -14,818 and the p value (sig. 2-tailed) was 0.000 (p value <0.05). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that education on healthy breakfasts using the "fun education" method is effective in increasing knowledge in elementary school students. There was no real difference in attitude before and after the intervention was carried out even though there was an increase in attitude in some subjects. |
