Abstract: | Perubahan pemilihan tempat belanja sayuran dengan media online dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal seperti ketertarikan konsumen baik dari segi produk yang menarik, promosi yang meyakinkan, kemudahan dalam transaksi, proses pembelian mudah, harga yang lebih murah dengan kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan memuaskan dapat menjadi alasan untuk membuat keputusan pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) memperoleh gambaran tentang tahapan pengambilan keputusan, serta (2) menganalisis hubungan marketing mix dan kualitas layanan dengan keputusan pembelian sayur di Nyayur.id. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik non- probability sampling dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 60 responden menggunakan aplikasi Nyayur.id untuk berbelanja sayuran secara online. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Proses keputusan pembelian sayur di Nyayur.id memiliki 5 tahap, yaitu tahap: pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi. evaluasi alternatif, keputusan pembelian dan pasca pembelian. 2. Pada variabel: harga (X1), produk (X2), kehandalan (X4), daya tanggap (X5), dan jaminan (X6) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian sayur (Y), di Nyayur.id, sedangkan untuk variabel promosi (X3) memiliki hubungan yang tidak signifikan dengan keputusanpembelian sayur
(Y) di Nyayur.id. Changes in the choice of places to shop for vegetables with online media can be influenced by various things such as consumer interest both in terms of attractive products, convincing promotions, ease of transactions, easy buying process, lower prices with satisfactory quality of service provided which can be the reason for making buying decisions. The purpose of this study are: (1) to obtain an overview of the decision-making stage, and (2) to analyze the relationship between marketing mix and service quality with vegetable purchasing decisions at Nyayur.id. The research method used was quantitative research using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling of 60 respondents using the Nyayur.id application to shop for vegetables online. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and Rank Spearman correlation test. The results of this study showed: 1. The decision process to buy vegetables at Nyayur.id has 5 stages, namely: recognition of needs, information search. alternative evaluation, purchase decision and post purchase. 2. The Variables of: price (X1), product (X2), reliability (X4), responsiveness (X5), and assurance (X6) have a significant relationship with vegetable purchasing decisions (Y), at Nyayur.id, while for the promotion variable (X3) has an insignificant relationship with the decision to buy vegetables (Y) at Nyayur.id. |
