Abstract: Sejak COVID-19 diumumkan oleh WHO sebagai pandemi pada tanggal 11 Maret 2022, terjadi lonjakan kasus di Indonesia. Pencegahan COVID-19 dilakukan pemerintah dengan memberlakukan protokol kesehatan. Namun partisipasi masyarakat dalam melakukan protokol kesehatan seperti memakai masker hanya 13%, aktivitas dan berkumpul tinggi 56,9%, kurang alat pendukung 5M tempat cuci tangan 31,4%. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat Desa tentang COVID-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan bulan Januari sampai Februari 2023 di Desa Ngrawan, partisipan berjumlah 11 orang. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara terstruktur. Analisa data diolah dan penyajian data serta dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masyarakat patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan yang didukung dengan fasilitas disediakan pemerintah dan petugas kesehatan setempat. pengetahuan masyarakat terkait COVID-19 diperoleh melalui media daring, yang menimbulkan ketakutan dan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap COVID-19. kebiasaan baru masyarakat selama pandemi yaitu menjaga pola makan, minum minuman hangat, berjemur dan rutin mengonsumsi rempah rempah. keterlibatan karang teruna melakukan survei ketahanan pangan dalam mengantisipasi dampak pembatasan aktivitas. Pembatasan aktivitas dan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat menjadi tantangan tenaga kesehatan dalam menjalankan program dan pemberian edukasi. Kesimpulan masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan, didukung dengan fasilitas yang disediakan pemerintah setempat. Persepsi masyarakat tentang COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh stigma, pengalaman dan anggapan masyarakat, kemudian masyarakat mempunyai perilaku pencegahan dalam menjaga gaya hidup selama pandemi.
Since COVID-19 was announced by WHO as pandemic on March 11 2022, there has been a spike in cases in Indonesia. Prevention of COVID-19 is carried out by the government by imposing health protocols. However, community participation in carrying out health protocols such as wearing masks is only 13%, activities and high gatherings are 56.9%, lack of supporting tools 5M where to wash hands is 31.4%. This study aims to determine the perceptions and behavior of rural communities about COVID-19. Research method uses a qualitative approach, carried out from January to February 2023 in Ngrawan Village, with 11 participants. Data collection techniques through structured interviews. Data analysis is processed and data presentation and analysis. Results of the study show that the community complies with health protocols supported by facilities provided the government and local health workers. Community knowledge regarding COVID-19 was obtained through online media, causing fear and distrust of the community towards COVID-19. The new habits of the people during the pandemic are maintaining their diet, drinking hot drinks, sunbathing and regularly consuming spices. the involvement of youth groups in conducting food security surveys in anticipating the impact of activity restrictions. Limited activity and public distrust are a challenge for health workers in carrying out programs and providing education. Conclusion, the community complies with health protocols supported facilities provided the local government. Public perception of COVID-19 is influenced by stigma, experience and public opinion, then the community has preventive behavior in maintaining lifestyle during pandemic.
