Abstract: | Perkembangan peradaban manusia yang ditandai teknologi elektronik yaitu media sosial live streaming yang menciptakan dunia interaksi virtual terdapat pertukaran sosial yang terjadi dapat bermanfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan/ mengidentifikasi interaksi antara host dan penonton dalam aplikasi Hago serta menganalisis proses pertukaran sosial antara host dengan penonton dalam aplikasi hago. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa proses interaksi antara host dengan penonton dimulai dari kepemilikan akun dengan melakukan pendaftaran akun host dan penonton, cara streaming aplikasi hago serta interaksi yang terjadi antara host dan penonton yang menghasilkan pertukaran sosial yang dipengaruhi unsur Imbalan (Reward) , Pengorbanan (Cost), Keuntungan (Profit/Gain) dan proposisi-proposisi yang terjadi. The development of human civilization is marked by all-digital electronic technology, namely live streaming social media that creates a virtual world of interaction where there is social exchange that occurs which can be useful. In Hago application. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results explain that the process of interaction between hosts and viewers starts with account ownership by registering Host and Viewer accounts, How to Stream the Hago Application, as well as interactions that occur between Hosts and viewers which produce social exchanges that are influenced by elements of Rewards, Sacrifice (Cost), Profit (Profit/Gain) and the propositions that occur. |
