Abstract: | Di masa pandemi mencari pekerjaan menjadi lebih sulit. Fresh graduates bersaing untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Kreativitas merupakan keterampilan yang dapat menjadi kelebihan untuk bersaing dengan lulusan perguruan tinggi lain. Kepemimpinan transformasional dosen yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa selama kuliah dapat menjadi bekal mahasiswa untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. Jika mahasiswa sudah mengembangkan kreativitas dan mengalami kepemimpinan transformasional diharapkan fresh graduates akan lebih percaya diri dalam proses mendapatkan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menguji kreativitas dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan menjadi prediktor kepercayaan diri pada fresh graduates yang berusaha mendapatkan pekerjaan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Partisipan penelitian adalah fresh graduates di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 175 orang dan menggunakan convinience sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dari Lauster, Epstein Creativity Competenciesn Inventory for Individuals (ECCI-i) milik Epstein, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) skala dari Bass dan Avolio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan menjadi prediktor kepercayaan diri fresh graduates dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini sebesar 94%. During the pandemic, finding a job has become more challenging. Fresh graduates compete to get the job. Creativity is a skill that can be an advantage to compete with other college graduates. Transformational leadership of Lecturer can be a provision for students to face the world of work. If students have developed creativity and experienced transformational leadership, it is hoped that fresh graduates will be more confident in the process of getting a job. This study uses a quantitative method with the aim of simultaneously testing creativity and transformational leadership to become a predictor of self -confidence in fresh graduates trying to get a job during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Participants were fresh graduates at Satya Wacana Christian University with a total of 175 participants and used convenience sampling. The scales used are self-confidence scale by Lauster, Epstein Creativity Competency Inventory for Individuals (ECCI-i) developed by Epstein, and Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) from Bass and Avolio. This study used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that creativity and transformational leadership were simultaneously predictors of fresh graduates' self-confidence with an effective contribution of 6% and the rest were influenced by other variables not examined in this study at 94%. |
