Information Technology Governance Performance Evaluation on PT. Nippon Indon Textile Using COBIT 2019 Framework

Abstract

PT. Nippon Indon Textile has implemented Information Technology (IT) to make it an easy-performance company. However, existing IT implementation is still not yet integrated with an existing part of the company. because it is necessarily done to evaluate IT governance performance in the company with the Design Factor framework contained in COBIT 2019 to generate an IT improvement basis for use support performance company. Based on the results of the mapping carried out at PT. Nippon Indon Textile exists several important processes in the company namely DSS02, DSS04, DSS03, APO10, EDM01, MEA03, APO09, BAI01, BAI04, DSS05, APO01, MEA02, MEA04. Recommendations given in each process help PT. Nippon Indon Textile deeply implements good IT governance to increase the performance company. Designing information technology governance using the 2019 COBIT framework can help PT. Nippon Indon Textile ensures that the use of information technology is carried out effectively and efficiently and can provide added value to the company.
